A fast-growing Company in the distribution of FMCG products is looking for a driven and solution-oriented Merchandising Supervisor to join our company. The primary objective of a merchandising supervisor is to drive sales and profitability by effectively managing inventory, optimizing product displays, and leading a team to achieve merchandising goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and implements merchandising plans to achieve sales and profit goals
- Ensure product displays and store presentations meet company standards.
- Provision of stock on hand whenever needed
- Ensure accuracy of inventory documentation and stock counts.
- Maintain the integrity of physical product.
- Ensure adherence to store planograms, signage, and pricing accuracy.
- Lead and mentor merchandising staff on procedures and strategies.
- Prepare and conduct team meetings, trainings, and special events.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and buying teams.
- Design, plan, and implement events in the store.
